§ 50.41. PLACEMENT OF PLASTIC BAGS FOR COLLECTION.

Plastic bags containing leaves or grass clippings for collection, shall be placed for collection at ground level on the property, not within the right-of-way of a street or alley from which collection is made. No variations from this section shall be permitted unless for good cause shown.
