§ 50.40. COLLECTION OF LEAVES AND GRASS CLIPPINGS.

Latest version.

(A) All leaves and grass clippings accumulated in the town shall be collected, conveyed, and disposed of under the supervision of the Street Commissioner.
(B) Leaves and grass clippings shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as garbage and other refuse is collected.
(C) Leaves and grass clippings shall be placed in plastic bags for collection and disposal by the Street Department.
