§ 151.99. PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter and any person, firm, or corporation failing to perform any of the provisions of this chapter, or failing to obey any order of the Building Inspector of the town issued in pursuance of this chapter, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500. Each subsequent day shall constitute a separate offense. The town may prosecute any such offense in the Town Court, or any other court in the county of equal or greater civil jurisdiction.
