§ 116.01. DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ICE CREAM TRUCK. A motor vehicle in which ice cream, popsicles, ice sherbets or frozen desserts of any kind are carried for their retail sale on the streets of the town.
OPERATOR. A person, firm or corporation that owns, leases, contracts or in any other fashion permits a person to operate an ice cream truck upon the town streets for the purpose of vending.
PERSON. A driver of an ice cream truck.
VEND or VENDING. Offering ice cream, popsicles, ice sherbets or other frozen desserts for retail sale on the streets of the town.
