§ 113.01. SUBMISSION OF LOAN, SALES AND PLEDGE DATA REQUIRED.

Pawnbrokers conducting business within the town shall be required to make any and all electronic, computerized, or otherwise recorded data readily available to law enforcement organizations requesting such information concerning sales, loans or pledges.
