§ 51.098. COUNCIL RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING BILLING AND COLLECTION.

(A) The determination of rates and charges for the Clarksville Wastewater Utility is the function of the Council.
(B) The billing and collection of the Clarksville Wastewater Utility’s rates and charges is the responsibility of the Council.
(C) The Council shall appoint, promote, supervise and discipline all employees engaged in the billing and collection of the Clarksville Wastewater Utility, and such employees serve at the pleasure of the Council.
