§ 50.13. CONTAINER CONSTRUCTION AND CAPACITY.

  • (A) Garbage containers shall be made of metal, or any other suitable material equipped with suitable handles and tight fitting covers, and shall be water-tight. The containers shall have a capacity of not more than 20 gallons and shall be of a type approved by the Board of Health. They shall be kept in a clean, neat, and sanitary condition at all times.
    (B) Ash containers shall be made of metal and have a capacity of not more than 20 gallons.
    (C) Rubbish containers shall be of a kind suitable for collection purposes, and shall be of such weight that they can be handled by one man.
