§ 50.11. PREPARATION OF GARBAGE.

No rocks, brick, dirt, or ashes shall be placed in containers containing other garbage or refuse, and all garbage and refuse, before being placed in cans for collection, shall have drained from it all free liquids, and may be wrapped in paper. No burning trash shall be picked up.
