§ 91.03. RESTRICTION ON HUNTING.

It shall be unlawful to hunt or trap, either with firearms, a bow and arrow, slingshot, traps, or any other type of mechanical or explosive device, any birds or animals or other wildlife in the town without first obtaining the written permission of the Chief of Police.
