§ 91.48. CUSTODIAL LIABILITY.

In the event that the owner of a dangerous dog is a minor, the custodian, parent, or guardian legally responsible for the minor shall be liable for all injuries and property damage sustained by any person or domestic animal caused by an unprovoked attack by the dangerous dog.
