(A) Upon the availability of sufficient funds, the town may establish, operate, and maintain emergency medical services in the town pursuant to IC 16-31-5-1 et seq.
(B) The town may raise funds to pay the costs of establishing, operating and maintaining emergency medical services in the manner permitted by IC 16-31-5-1.
(C) The town adopts by reference IC 16-31-5-2, IC 16-31-6-1, IC 16-31-6-2, and IC 16-31-6-3 and any future amendments thereto.
(D) The emergency medical services will be administered through the town Fire Department pursuant to its rules and regulations.
(E) The emergency medical services may commence upon the availability of sufficient funds and the appropriation of the funds in the town's budget process.
