§ 32.20. ELECTION OF JUDGE.

The Town Judge shall be elected by the legal voters of the town, at the time and in the same manner as the other town officials are elected. The term shall be four years, and until a successor is elected and qualified. The term of office shall begin at noon on January 1 following the election of the Town Judge.
