(A) All supervisors, directors and chiefs of the town's Fire Department, Police Department, Public Works Department, Utilities Department, Planning Department, Redevelopment Department, Human Resources Department, Building Department and their assistant department heads appointed at the Town Council meeting on January 3, 2019 are hereby confirmed subject to the provisions of this section.
(B) The Town Manager is hereby authorized to and shall have the authority to remove, substitute and appoint department supervisors, directors, chiefs and assistant department heads for the Fire Department (as allowed by law), Police Department (as allowed by law), Public Works Department, Utilities Department, Planning Department, Building Department, Redevelopment Department and Human Resources Department.
(C) Prior to any change in a department head or assistant department head, the Town Manager shall consult with the Town Council in executive session.
